Brooklyn Orchid
"Brooklyn Orchid" (1942), United Artists.
This film was the first in a series of three starring
William Bendix and Joe Sawyer as the Brooklyn
owners of a cab company. The other titles were
'The McGuerins from Brooklyn' also known as
'Two Mugs From Brooklyn' and 'Taxi, Mister.'
All were directed by Kurt Neumann.
Also in the cast are Marjorie Woodworth,
Grace Bradley, Skeets Gallagher, Florine McKinney,
Rex Evans, Jack Norton and Leonid Kinskey.
